Protein Submission Form
(Searching of biofilm-active peptides in a protein sequence)

The user can submit a protein sequence (in single letter code) to analyse all the possible peptide fragments thereof, displayed with the predicted anti-biofilm activity (SVM/Weka-based model is specified by the user) and selected physicochemical properties. Further, mutants of these peptide fragments can also be generated. Graphical representation of the results assists in the identification of putative biofilm-active peptide fragments present in the whole protein.

Paste Protein sequence (Please paste amino acid sequence in single letter code):

Select model:

SVM based:

Whole amino acid composition (Whole AAC)   Selected 14 residue composition (Sel_14_res)    NT5 residue-binary pattern profile (NT5 BPP)

WEKA based:

Whole amino acid composition (Whole AAC)   Selected 8 residue composition (Sel_8_res)    NT5 residue-binary pattern profile (NT5 BPP)
